  • How can I start selling tickets using Coras?

    If your ticketing sales software is already integrated with the Coras API, you can get started as a Coras ticket supplier right away. Please get in touch and we will let you know how to switch on Coras for your system.

  • What if my ticketing sales software is not connected to Coras?

    Coras is currently integrated with many of the leading sales software. If you are currently using a system that is not connected to Coras already, please contact us with your system details and we will let you know when an integration is planned.

  • How much does Coras cost to use?

    There is no additional cost to use Coras as a ticket supplier. Coras shares a negotiated booking fee with the distribution partner that sells your ticket.

  • How much money do I make on a ticket sold through Coras?

    Coras has a fully transparent revenue model that ensures ticket suppliers recoup the full value of every ticket sold. The booking fee added to ticket price is shared between Coras and the distribution partner. Find out more about our revenue model using the revenue calculator.

  • Can I turn Coras off?

    Yes. Coras can be turned on and off by your ticketing sales software company. Please contact us to find out more.

  • How are customer payments handled with Coras?

    Coras has partnered with Stripe to process payments so Coras can manage all customer payments and refunds when necessary.

  • Who takes care of customer service?

    Coras has a full-service customer support team that manages all inquires about tickets sold through our distribution partners, in multiple languages.

  • Who are Coras’ distribution partners?

    Coras is currently working with Ryanair. Keep an eye on Coras blog for further announcements coming soon.

  • Who owns the customer data?

    The customer data is owned by the distribution partner.

    If you would like to sell tickets as a Coras distribution partner, you will need to integrate with our distributor API. Please contact us to be sent our API documentation and to get set up in our sandbox.

  • How much money do I make on a ticket sold through Coras?
